Description
Industrial collapse scars cities around the globe so a group of citizens transform their cities into more sustainable communities.
Synopsis
By the dawn of the 21st century, many of the world’s once-powerful centers of industry had lost jobs and population to a devastating degree. These urban centers include Detroit, Philadelphia, and Youngstown, in the United States, and Torino, Italy, and the Ruhr Valley region of Germany in Europe. Critics claim these urban centers are finished, with no hope of revival or reinvention. This movie is about people who disagree.
