Synopsis
Arriving penniless in Brazil after fleeing war-torn Poland, Rebeca, believing her husband had secured a job, is ensnared in Rio de Janeiro’s ruthless underworld of Jewish prostitution and human trafficking upon discovering his death. Teaming up with fellow Jewish prostitutes, she challenges their oppressors in a fight for freedom.
